Our Installation Process
A garage door replacement isn’t just swapping panels, it’s about doing the job right from the ground up. Here’s exactly what to expect when our technicians install your new residential garage door, from removal of the old system to a fully tested, balanced finish.
- We remove the old door completely; panels, shaft, springs, tracks, and weather stripping.
- If your opener is being replaced too, we remove the old motor, rail, and wiring.
- We install brand-new tracks, panels, rollers, and hardware, and mount the new opener and rail if applicable.
- Before we leave, we confirm the door is fully balanced, sealing properly, and the opener is running exactly as it should.

For a full new door, we schedule an in-person consultation across Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and the surrounding area with evenings and daytime slots available. We’ll measure your opening, check your existing track and opener setup, and walk you through your door options including window styles, panel styles, and paint colours (we bring physical paint swatches so you can see the true colour in your own light). Most standard door installations can be priced right on the spot. For designer doors, we go to the manufacturer for a custom quote, therefore pricing usually takes about a week.
